FDNY Memorial Service Held on October 12, 2002 at Madison Square Garden.

FDNY Emerald Society Pipe Band leads the procession up Eighth Ave.

A giant TV broadcast The service for anyone outside the Garden.

Firefighters came from all parts of the world.

The procession of flags followed the Pipe band

The rain did not hamper the spirit of the day.

Firefighters carrying more than 365 Flags marched up 8th Ave.

A flag representing each firefighter murdered on 9-11-01

Inside Madison Square Garden.

As the names of the Firefighters were read, their picture was shown on the Giant TV.

A 7 minute standing ovation rocked the Garden after the names wre read!
