Inside on the main floor of the Oculus. The entrance to the PATH train station from the Church and Liberty Streets side of the WTC complex in 4 WTC, opened today. This is the first day that the general public has access to the Oculus. The Oculus cost over 4 billion dollars. I thinh the Port Authority will make back the money sooner than later. The 9/11 Museum and 9/11 Memorial, along with the observation deck in One World Trade Center, draws numerous tourists from around the world. More hotels are being constructed in the area. I think the WTC complex including the must see, Oculus will become New Yorks City's number one tourist location to visit. Photo taken on 3-03-16.
