Tons of debris from Hurricane Sandy has filled the parking lot at Riis Park. Garbage and dump trucks dump their loads of debris and payloaders move the debris into piles. Grapplers then seperate the type of debris into different piles. While that is going on other tractors are loading up tractor trailer dump trucks, which will remove the debris to a landfill.
